Project Description

In 2016 and 2019 I was part of the team hired to create Washington State’s federally mandated Strategic Highway Safety Plan, called Target Zero. It included sections written by a variety of federal and state traffic safety agencies, along with tribes, cities, counties, non-profits, and private organizations. Collectively, this partnership is responsible for taking actions to reduce or prevent crashes through hundreds of projects, programs, initiatives, and campaigns in the state. Contracted through Halcyon Northwest, I served as the copy editor for the report.
